40/40 Real Estate Solutions LLC is a family-owned and operated full time real estate company.  We manage and sell residential real estate including apartments, single family homes, multiple-family homes located in the tri-county area of Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore, Bullock and Macon counties.

The company philosophy is careful management.  We provide a personal service to our clients maintaining a professional relationship with all.  We take pride in getting to know our clients personally and taking care of  their real estate needs.  We have an established list of service personnel and vendors, which has come from years of experience in this area.

Solomon Marlow, Jr. is the broker and an active member of National Association of Realtors as well as a member of our local board, Montgomery Area Association of Realtors since 2001.  Solomon continues to update his skills and knowledge through professional courses and seminars.
